Delivery time can vary depending on the destination and country but we will send you the tracking details for your order when it has been sent.

I am not responsible for any possible loss of the package by the carrier during the delivery of the item.

Return & Refund Policy

If you wish to return your Mossyflops, we can do this within the first fifteen days after receiving your order. The cost of the return is at the buyers expense and it must be received in its original state and packaging.  Any items with damage to the Mossyflop or the packaging will not be refunded.  The refund will only be made after this item has been received and checked. 

Buyers are responsible for all customs and import taxes that may apply to your country during a possible return procedure.
